Homenetmen Eastern Regional Games

| The 20th Homenetmen Eastern Regional Games will be held in New Jersey
Friday July 2nd through Monday July 5th. All athletes participating in
these Games must submit one photo and fill out all the forms,
including individual athlete application, consent and liability waiver, zero
tolerance policy and insurance information form. Participation fee for all athletes is $100.00 (registration fee of $20 plus $80 for entertainment package which is required to be purchased). Athletes under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. We will set up a desk at ACEC for accepting completed applications- see dates attached. You may also return the application forms with the correct payment to your coach. There will be a $40 late fee if completed application is not returned by May 10th. Please contact the hotel directly (Holiday Inn Suffern @ 845-357-4800) and mention "Homenetmen" for the discounted rate. This rate is valid thru May 17th. See attached hotel information. Membership dues (if not paid) must accompany the application forms. Coaches please forward the attached forms to your players.
